At Honey & Havoc Co., every order is made especially for you. Because our apparel is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or changes of mind, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and any damage.
Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Sizing and Exchanges

Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing mistakes or changes of preference.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations generally cannot be accommodated.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
